performed an oil change on my 1997 1.2 8 valve corsa today-
engine flush, new oil filter, nice quality new oil.. done
then discovered that my thirteen year old sump has a rusty pin-hole crack in it after cleaning away some gunk and flaking rust.
leaking about 5 drops a minute.
i want to use the car for short motorway commuting this year.
i thought about using liquid metal, but i think i had best change the sump pan.
is it a hard task? hints and tips please
FEEL SO SH1T AND DEFEATED, HUG ME

Downpipe attaches to the manifold and cat. No need to remove the manifold

It would be advised to, just gives that extra seal on the sump
