right, ive been training now since march and tbh done really well! im runnin every night n out on my bike at the weekends. i do roughly 2-3hundred sit ups a day n as many press/pull ups as i can. i was 14 stone n managed lose 1.5 stone, i want get down to 12 idealy but the last half is staying put! ive cut all the shite out my diet n still no joy. any ideas ppl?

how tall are you? 12.5 is a nice stable weight if you ask me, providing ur less than 6ft

To speed up your metabolism you need to eat 6 small meals per day. Also start a weight training regime, not just push/pull ups. A proper resistance programme will burn more calories than c.v. in the long run. You've reached a plateau, and you need to change to get over it.

Do more cardio instead of so many situps. When you say healthy food, what exactly do you mean? Are you avoiding carbs after the early afternoon? Do you drink a lot of alcohol and/or sugar loaded fizzy drinks?
As a last resort though...
