ok ive now got my de-cat exhaust manifold and inlet manifold but still not quick enough what else can be done and how much am i looking at to have it done?

Already Got an inlet etc.
I guess remap/engine management.
Cams.
tbh. money for gain must be taken into consideration.
Cheaper saving/plumping for a conversion.

get it stripped out..
free and will make a difference...
also get it cammed..
but apart from that get a let fitted!

well how much do you reckon a remap would set me back and cams? also got to get light weight pulleys aint i?

got an ajustable vernier ye so you can get the most from the cam when timed up..
best bet is to just ring a few tuning places etc...
my even fit and map it there also...

but defo get it stripped out if you havnt already...
all interior panels, carpets, sound deadening..

get yourself to your local shop and get the most recent TV mag (total vauxhall) and have a browse in there..

dont think u can run verniers on standard mangment so cams be bit waste of money unless u get the most out of them. remap and a higher rev limit will help u as power picks up late and carrys on past the standard rev limit

take all the go faster bit of your 1.4 rip it out, fit a x16xe and put hte go faster bits on that, job done

the dbilas verniers can run on standard management so get them and some cams, headwork, then live remap

get some go faster stripes down your car so it looks like a dodge viper..
will make it so much quicker lol, sorry i just had to!
as said above though, but just ring around a few places and get some quotes..
might be better fitting the 1.6 though, will be an easy conversion so you can do it yourself without to much fuss...
