Is said to be a similar type of player to Gerrard, from what Ive read, so could well be a decent winger/fullback/centreback and centre midfielder

Only player who he has admittedly played out of position was Wiltord, who was an arrogant whinger and was a massive flop... other than that no-one can argue that Wenger ruins careers by playing people out of poisition
