Probably dead easy but no idea.
I want to send some files and cant be arsed looking for my USB pen or wasting discs.
Easiest and simplest ways please

download network magic www.networkmagic.com I think. You get a 7 day free trial and can see the other PC's on your network also print from your laptop etc.

enable file and print sharing, make sure both machines are in the same work group then you should be able to browse to other machines from network neighbourhood

Easy peasy. Enable file and print sharing, make a folder on your desktop/laptop shared and use "Network" to find the other machine
