Eating brocolli and mashed potatoes every night could get a bit tedious tbh i refuse to be responsible for my club members malnourishment

Was thinking

Oats for breakfast

Dinner would be Chicken with white rice, pease and brockerly (sp)

And for tea maybe jacket potato with green beans and some more chicken

TBH thats a very healthy diet right there.

Might sell it on the net, "Dont be a fat ranger, try the celtic diet today"

It's funny really as most healthy foods (been doing a bit of research lately) do seem to be green or white. So was rather easy to make that plan up
