dont have sky or any hd and dont intend to any time soon, but i do have my xbox and may buy a bluray player. so here are my choices, budget is as close to £400 as possible

That sony one you've linked to is the exact same one i have. Got it for about the same price from amazon and cannot fault it in any way  ...looks good, great picture quality...i use it mostly for my 360, does the job perfectly

went for a 37" smasung series 5 in the end, only slightly over budget at £700

could ofgot itcheaper, but spendin that much i wnatedit right there and then got a 1080pupscalling dvd playerwith surround, great quality!
