the keypad lights up but phone wont come on..

any way i can put new software or something?

Needs a reflash mate, same thing happened to mine. It's a seriously shit phone, bluetooth has packed up now and won't work with the car properly so I'm using my G800

mine did that, sent it back for the 3rd time and got an n95 instead which isnt much better
