I finish work at anywhere between 4 and 6 in the morning, and I would like to go to the gym after work [makes the most sense] so does anyone know of a gym around bridgend kind of area that is open at that time?
Or if not, where would be the best, cheapest, gym to go in the day?
Wanting to get fit and build muscle, very slow gains off free weights in the house and the odd jog/cycle. lol
Cheers guys

Think theres a fitness first in bridgend that may open at 7:30
Pleanty of time then to get nurisment into you, some creatine then bash it in the gym then a protein shake then
I go to one in the rhondda myself energetics, absolutly brilliant for bodybuilding! Tho mind you im naturally bulky anyway lol
Hope it goes well for you

only really looking for somewhere with a bike, rowin machine and a bench for now. Will progress onto other stuff in a bit, but want to get my fitness up and work my chest first.
Will let you know where I go, and if its any good
