As above.

I've got some new OCZ RAM which should run at 2.2v. Any ideas how i go about bumping up the voltage on my board?

Checked the manual and google but to no avail

Setting in the BIOS.

DDR voltage will be set to around 1.90V by default. Change it from auto to manual and bump it up...

I had to change mine up to 2.1V or the system kept blue-screening...

Ah yeah, thats the thing. I know its in the BIOS, but there doesnt seem to be a clear place i need to look to make the change to 2.2.

I should have been a bit more descriptive.

Would all RAM need to be running at that voltage? I have just built a system with Crucial RAM on a P5k board

No, you want to run everything at as low a voltage as the system is stable, if the ocz stuff is stable at the original voltage i'd leave it there.

it says 2.2v on the module its self, so should i still leave it?

If the computer is stable running it at lower voltage will have no downfalls at all, if you're getting crashes etc you might have to turn it up but doubt it tbh.

The higher voltage will be more for people that are overclocking it.

Mine is set to auto and runs fine.

Might be an option to flash the BIOS if need be.
