Hi there. Ive got a 3 month old washing machine. Its a proper bog standard WMA510 Beko thing. On the spin cycles it seems to knock about a bit, and it didnt used to However when it gets up to full speed to stops and when its spinning down it doesnt do it, only when its accelerating as it were?
Ive uploaded a rather quiet audio file but its best i can do. Can someone just have a quick listen please?
I dont want to ring Beko just yet incase they send someone out and there aint nothing wrong with it, I dont want to be paying unnecessary call out charges, and its still covered under year warranty for now

how much do you fill it?
if you ram it full it might catch the drum on something else inside.
i tried to fit a double quilt in mine and it was banging, grinding, scraping, all sorts....
also if it's not level on the floor it might be rocking on 3 feet and knocking the other foot at certain speeds.

have you undone the bracket in the back to hold the drum tight when transporting it? Are all the feet level?

Feet are all level, iv tried moving it about and its firmly in place
I never ram it full, most I ever do is 3/4 and only half if im doing heavy stuff like thick duvet covers and pairs of jeans to stop it knackering itself
I took the 3 delivery bolts out the back yea, one was a pain in the arse but it came out in the end
Anything else I can look at?

Is that the sort of thing that will be covered on a warranty?
