Most Exciting - Suppose Di Canio in a way, although 99% of people didnt expect it to work, also people like paolo Futre, Radacoui (sp) Dani etc, although they didnt go on to be great

Disapointing - Rio Ferdinand, Carrick, Cole, Defoe, Blic, Benayoun, Kanoute, Glen Johnson
