Hi ive got a black corsa b and am thinking about getting it resprayed soon i defo want it black again but do not know which shade to go for? there is a code of 80L on the slam panel might go for the original vauxhall black again but i dunno really ive seen some new mercs and audi's in a very nice shades of black does anybody have any pics of corsa's in a different shade of black? also which sort of paint looks best after waxing/polishing? metallic paint or a base coat???

ford panther black has a slight flake in the paint and you can see this when the sun shines.
it's different when you put it next to a sapphire black corsa.
it's just like saying light blue is the same colour as dark blue.

i had my old corsa painted sapphire black paint code 20R, thats a good black it has little spekels of blue and purple when the sun hits it, its the same as the corsa C

Black Sapphire is slightly pearlescent so looks great in the light  My mate's Astra Coupé is that colour and it's a really nice black. What I want to get a C in
