Dont think Ive done anything about this yet really so a quick progress thread
how i bought it
i changed the lights as the chrome was too striking imo.
seems everything MHW do are a badger to get hold of
Went to PVS in it and got it a right state
Been enjoying it since really as had no problems with it.
Decided however that this weekend i would give the brakes a bit of an overhaul and ive got a new wheel idea in mind so....
jack it up, on stands,
With the '90s off checked all the coilies, Look ok to me, will get a regrease aswell
fronts:
rears
brakes look in good shape
Problems i came across were the front tyres are SHAGGED!
tracking needs sorting asap
will get it booked in for 4 wheel allighnment, may even do it on college's new bluetooth geometry gear
rears are good bar a puncture in 1, hell the 9s are
another thing thats been bugging me is the front badge, was stone chipped and badly touched up before PVS so....
off it comes
before
after
Gave the D90's a rinse...
rooted out the tyres id ordered previosly, oh the quality , good strtch though
Anyone Guess what this says?
few pics of the garage, big thanks to my old man for keeping it sweet
Plenty of tools
spares, bolts, paint, you name it, its here
Wheel plans...
want to get a set of wheels sorted for winter. during this time i will be changing the look of the D90's
im planning on running steels with a bit of tyre stretch and with trims, thats way i can change the look just by changing the trims and winter wont completely fook the D90's.
pic of said trimage
Thats about it for now till i crack on with it next weekend and the steels/trim combo arrives

I was just thinking that most of those angel eye things look like the FK black lights for the Corsa, clear glass and matt black backing, even they'd look better.
In fact, do FK not do anything?

Love this Polo!
But i do prefer the original headlights. What about "Depo'ing" them?
Get some 15x9 banded G60's on for winter!

Im not much for that on these, i was thinking about having black trims around the bumpers and sides though, think thatd be too much black opposed to green?
