i voted for arsenal and when i saw the poll results so far i can see theres only one person that agrees with me
reading paper talk every day at work, you hear alot about transfers and bullshit around the clubs, but ive always admired arsenal. i dont mind chelsea too much but not a big fan of them. im a born leeds fan (awaits the piss take) and always will be so ill never support man u. i quite like liverpool cos there the closest club in the north with the best chance for the top 4.
arsenal - if adebayor goes (which he wont) it will put strain on the team if wenger doesnt buy another target man cos van persie is nothing in the air compred to him, samir nasri and aaron ramsey are good signings, and i look forward to see what theo walcott produces this season. a real chance to win it i feel but thet cracked under the pressure last season
man u - what can you say really? even tho this hurts to say, there a quality outfit with an overall solid team. if ronaldo goes i still think fergie will replace him and they will always be in the top 4.
chelsea - always seem to creep up into the top 2 out of nowhere. dont know what to think about the team chemistry. drogbas apparently not going but thats paper talk. i honestly think lampard will go to inter, but only time will tell.
liverpool - with torres playing the best football of his life (in the euros and prem last season) him and gerrard are the keys to there success. rafa has signed a few players and let a few go, i wont make a full opinion until ive seen them play one of the other 3. i would hope they'd pose more of a threat than last season. villa, everton, spurs and pompey are gona be breathing down there necks so theyve gotta watch out.

Yes of course
Atleast im not stupid enough to think Liverpool will win the league, I think we will challege for top four didnt say we would. What did you win last year? The egg cup is better than nothing in my eyes.

A season not winning anything to have our recent success over yours is worth it in my eyes.

Well as already mentioned, Villa, Everton and Pompey will be challenging so Spurs could find themselves down in 8th if they lose certain players.

I reckon there will be 1 team that breaks up the top 4, not sure who tbh but there's that much money in the leading pack i wouldn't be surprised.

A lot of money but not much signing of proven quality.
I mean look at City, have money to spend but best they can do is someone who is good in Russia for £19m

Pompey and Villa won't push the top 4 this year imo, but will be top half.

I agree they have a good team and everything, just don't think they'll push the top four closely enouh to break into it, top 6 I'd say.

Villa will be extremely hard to beat this season i reckon but severely lack quality that would see a sustained challenge. Pompey will probably blow hot and cold, City are making stupid signings that come with the bankrolled owner by the look of things. Everton always surprise me, on paper they shouldn't be anywhere but they always grind out result after result.
In other words i don't know

Yeah I dont think they will break into it, I dont think anyone will.
More think they'll be the team pushing behind and ending in 5th.

I can't see how everton will finish anywhere near 5/6/7th with there lack of signings so far and cahill being out at the start. They usually suprise but I reckon they might push there luck this year and will end up around mid table.
Villa/Pompey/Tottenham should all do well but I can't see any of them being consistant enough to challenge for 4th.

I haven't read the thread, but yes i'm a spurs fan (have been since i was a kid)
I never say we'll be top 4 as we always let people down, but i think we will have a better season this year than last, having Ramos from the start and his signings this summer could see us doing much better, i hope so anyway!

I think Mark Hughes could get Man City to do it, I believe he's a great manager.
