ok got a small issue with a mates pc.

He can browse the internet no issue but as soon as he goes to a secured area like to pay for something or reserve something it throws him off the internet and he gets the web page can not be displayed.
I think its something to do with his certificates but i cant seem to fix it!!!! I have tried to install the latest IE 7 but it keeps saying it cant due to the cryptography!!! But the cryptography is running in auto!!!!

Can anyone help me?

Btw if its all https pages that gives page cannot be displayed, check the proxy settings arent enabled and look in the hosts file.
