Right ive got this formula
=IF(TRIM(E25)="","0",INT((I25-C25)/7))
basically it counts the ammount of weeks between 2 dates, but what i need it to do is round upto a week on the 1st week
so ie 4/08/08 > 06/08/08 = 1week, instead of 0 week

also realised i need it to eound up to the next week :S hope that make some sort of sence

On the sum that divides the amount of days by 7, try the ROUNDUP() function
