dont get greenstuff.
Depends what you want from the pad? Track use?
If its just fast road go for something like mintex extreme or Ferodo ds2500.
Squeeling - do you have copperslip on the backing plates?

what pads do you have just now?
I've only found full-on race pads to be squeeky till they are up to temp.
Why not greenstuff - They are cheap shite. (in my opinion)

just go to an autofactor and ask for a set then.... you'll get an OE spec brembo set of something. No frills, but cheap.
They shouldnt squeek if they are installed correctly with the backing plates greased etc

the noise will come and go, if i turn the wheel a certain way it will stop it but then it will come back, other times i wont hear it at all, does it from cold and when it is hot. stops when i apply the brakes.

corsa c rears do have a bad problem with squeeking. on mine I replaced the pads with greenstuff ones and it stopped. may not have been the greenstuff pads that stopped it, could have been the fact I re honed the face of the disc and cleaned up all of the carriers and springs, but every corsa C I have done since I have used greenstuff and never had a complain with squeeking.
for everyday road use on the rear of a corsa C greenstuff are a good cheap pad.

Greenstuff will be perfectly fine in this case, shouldnt squeek and low dust compared to others.. If you wanted 'proper' pads then Ferodo DS2500, i have mintex extreme at the moment, there noisy, loads of dust and are just generally crap when they get really hot.

Textar OEM.
They don't squeal and you don't need copper slip them.
Cheap stuff but really good for road use and the ocasiona trash around a twisty road.
Avoid Ferodo premier.
I used greenstuff before and they were good on a set of 256 mm Brembo OEM disk. Much less dusk then a normal pad.
However they killed the disk in 20k

i used the extemes in the skyline for a few trackdays as the DS3000's were just ripping the discs to fuck I founf them acceptable, more than up to fast road use and worked from cold.
Using 2500 just now - a good pad so far... lats ok, works ok from cold, doesnt go off much with heat.
TomJ - It sounds like its not so much your pads fault if its squuking when the brakes arent on, then stops when you brake!!

Take them apart and grease the piston, cured mine
Or go to vaux and get the weight's they sell for the tigra twim top 1.8, they are like bushes that weigh the rear caliper down and stop it from binding

Bet your discs arnt up to much if you have tried everything else.
Mine squeal because the discs over heated around track and went hard and wrinkly
