right i have a gym at work and never been, im exstremly unfit so just do 45min cardio sessions atm but ive done 3 in 3days once a day on the go, should i be going mon-fri or is that to much?

depends what cardio your doing. high impact like running you shouldent really do everyday. should let your body rest and do it every other day.
swimmings, cycling etc are fine to do everyday however.

Rest is equally as important as exercise.

ok ill do that cycling hurts more than running for me :s
