its getting a bit tedious now... for example
Its the same with Auto Trader and Piston Heads
Although its fine on forums and other websites, they are the 3 ive noticed its all the time though, all 3 work fine on my mates PC

I have the same problem, forums and most sites are fine, just the odd site won't show pics, have yet to work out why.

What router are you using? Sky tend to give out Netgear or of late Thompson.
You probably just need to change some rules on the router.

Do you have a home hub or bt voyger version?
If you can find out the software version i'll try and find a solution. Logon to your router to find out. Can access it by typing in the default gateway.

I've gotta BT Home Hub.
I don't think its the router tbh, on some of the pages that doesn't display pics, it used to with the same router and I've since formatted the HDD twice and still doesn't display them.

our desktop pc does this, has done it for ages now
wont go on any sites that are secure (tesco direct, hmv checkout etc..)
but my laptop is fine, both off the same wifi router
does it with firefox and IE
just gunna do a factory reset on the bastard

Router could have pulled down a firmware update. Rare, but possible. Is it the white or black home hub?

Yeh its a Netgear one, with a belkin wireless thing plugged into the PC.
I wouldnt know where to start with 'changing rules'

You running Zone Alarm?. I used to have an issue where sometimes it wouldn't allow you on SSL sites. Just did a quick reinstall and all was then ok.

I can have a look at the Netgear set up at work tomorrow. I've got a BT Home Hub here which i'll have a look at when i have a spare minute.
