There was a thread on here before about removing rust with vinegar, but i can't seem to find it with there being no search button. I don't suppose anyone has the link?

Not hard to work out Pour viniger in a container place rusty part in and leave it to soak,remove clean up and you have a non rusty part

I know it says on the link but is it ok to leave parts in the vinegar overnight, like it wont do any damage to metal will it?
