Wouldn't you set up one camera outside the changing rooms to get over the privacy issues and also save yourselves a bundle.
Bride walks out, stands against wall in front of camera, picture taken, goes back to dressing room.

Yes can be done easily, but all depends how much you want to spend.
Could be done with aN IP camera, when it detects motion it takes a snap shot or you can select it to take a picture when you click a button on the browser, then you simply use the inbuilt viewer to skip through the pictures.

That would be easy if it was your standard shop with a dressing room and single mirror, but we are having 4 totally seperate dressing ('viewing') rooms so would mean having 4 of whatever system we use.
