I have the layout/blue print of a room. I want to make a 3d model for a mock of of how I want it.
Does anyone know any software that can do this?

Solidworks. I used to use it at my old job to mock up classrooms to send to our clients before they bought the furniture we made.

No more easy or difficult to use than any other 3D modelling software. You have to have a pretty good idea of what you are doing to do any CAD tbh.

Try Google Sketchup, i used it to model a room (to mm perfect) before i built a load of guitar racks.
Piss easy to use and you have a load of components (like furniture, wall studding etc) that you can drop in!
For free software you cant grumble

This is a long shot but you could try Hammer editor if you have counter strike source, its all done in inches so I think it might be a little basic for what you need.
You can make many shapes and add many textures and props.
