how are they at dealing with missing orders. i bought a couple of xbox games from them 2 weeks ago and according to their website they were posted the day after. from previous experience they seem to print the value of the item on the outer packaging so i'm guessing they got swiped by africans. according to the website they can't deal with it until 21 days later. i'm getting bored with waiting tho so i'm just gonna go to the shop and buy the games. will they refund me my money without arguements?

Just go out and buy them.
If the Play ones turn up you can return the sealed copies to the shop for a full refund. If they don't arrive you can claim back from Play, sorted
