are you going to be using a gym to achieve this? you should really be doing some cardio stuff if you want to see results.

Your not gonna build hardly any mucsle in 5 weeks. And if you wana lose fat you won't build any at all.

I'd get a weight routine and cardio 4/5/6 times a week. Also eat healthy.

my brother lost lots of weight by simply running/sprinting on the spot for about 1 minute then rest for 2 minutes then same again do this about 5/6 times really giving your all though so your nackered.

Then lie on your back legs straight and lift legs off ground about 30cm and hold in that position for 1 minute.... when finished holding for 1 minute raise legs to 90 degrees to the floor keeping knees straight, then lower legs down BUT DONT touching the floor with your feet. Do this about 10/20 times and then hold legs off floor in same position again for 1 minute. Try to do about 5/6 sets ---- its tiering

Then get into situp position, but put elbows on the floor and hands touching the floor hold yourself off the ground for about 1 minute

by this time if all done straight after each other you should be fooked

this works stomach loads and losses weight

The it has to be cardio to lose fat is a total myth.

A good weights session will build you muscle and could do just as much cardio for you.

True but you are going to burn a lot more calories doing cardio work.

It's same thing how people say you can't lose weight and put muscle on at the same time, of course you can, muscles dont go "oh no he is doing cardio in his workout too, we aint going to rip and repair bigger after shifting them weights this time lads." but same again, it is just less efficient if you your sole purpose is to get bigger.
