The one i have doesn't taste too bad. Banana flavour.

As well as doing weights i do a day of CV, i am right in thinking this will tone down my bit of a podge aren't i??

I'm currently using all-in1 Unflavoured whey and with water it tastes just like skimmed milk with water

Milk it tastes perfect but obviously takes longer to absorb, unlike water

So mixing poridge with water is better as it absorbs quicker and a bit more healthier??

I meant your body absorbs protein from Whey shakes quicker if its mixed in water than milk

2x wheatabix (or oatabix) semi skimmed milk with 2 scoops of caesin.

carbs + slow proteins.
then some multivits, descicated liver, brewers yeast and HMb tabs.
