brand new, never used. fits gsi/sri and probably many others. It is fully boxed with all required fitting parts and instructions.

Does it come with the adapter to fit on the fuel rail (rectangle piece with a pipe fitting on it)

Or better yet have you got any pics? Part number?

depends on other mods, but fueling can always be adjusted to suit your mods

engine wise on mine ya see is basically standard 1.6 16v sport with piper x viper
