Bought a second hand sat nav of here last week, works fine, but when i switch it on it says please go to the garmin website and download our updates as the maps are over a year old.

Went on the website and they want $75 to update it?

Tried a torrent site, there all over 1.5gb and its only got a 256mb car in it.

Any ideas?

BTW its a Garmin Streetpilot i3

Download the 1.5 gig file, you will be able to get the uk maps off it.

Or, spend 5 quid on a 2gb memory card.

diwnload the file its for all of eurpoe with the maploader ypou just select uk and its 150 meg in size ish

when i need to update my sat-nav, i send it off to RAC as its made by rac, so they do updates for free
