My contract with o2 is coming to an end.. currently i spend 30 pounds a month for 400 mins and 750 texts.. which is plenty tbh..
But o2 has been really crap recently! i struggle for signal and get messages up to 24hrs late, which can get me in shit with certain people! im not sure if its o2 or my W880i though
ive had a look about and orange seem to be quite good with their dolphin 35 (£30 online) and offer two phones im looking at.
a) how good are orange these days?
b) are the htc touch and samsung omnia any good?
c) should i stick with o2 and get an lg viewty?
d) vodaphone also seem to have a few good deals aswell, are they any good?

yeah touch is an amazing phone, however, in all honesty if your not used to windows mobile, and not a total power user id get something else.

Ive been with o2 for years now, never found them to be anything other than reliable and friendly when you ring customer services.
Im on their o2 600 tarriff, 600 minutes, 500 texts (ultd to o2??) and nothing gone wrong yet. It 'may' be your phone? Or maybe they are upgrading services in your area.
As for the phones, im not into touch phones, they dont respond fast enough for me and the only feedback you get is on the screen
