Faldo has gone down in my estimations, and I didn't like the bloke before this tournament.

I'm glad the next one is in GB.

I can't take much more 'USA USA USA' and 'GET IN THE HOLE!!!!!'. 'Get in the hole', FFS, how is them retards shouting that going to make a blind bit of difference to the trajectory of the fucking ball?!

They tried there best, it just the Americans were better in all departments this year. My only Criticism would be I couldn't understand why Faldo didn't put all his 'Big Guns' out first in the singles, we need points on the board quickly to stand any chance and his gamble failed miserably.

I think it just came down to the US playing better than Europe. They holed a number of vital puts where Europe missed.

As for Faldo - I don't think he did much wrong, He dropped the big names when he needed to (and it showed it was right by them winning that bit). The ordering at the end was the right decision. He put a few of his big players up front to pull back the lead and then put the big guns in at the end to bring it home. The problem being that Garcia didn't turn up on sunday, Casey ended up halving, then Jimenez not winning in the middle group meant it was not to be.

If he had put the big guns out front then they may have drawn back the points to level/one ahead but then would have been relying on those who have not been doing so well/ rookies to win the tournament i.e. those that lost on the final day anyway.

I thought the fans went a bit too far. Cheering bad shots is never good IMO.
