Morning everyone,
was driving along yesterday and got stuck in traffic, as you know the temperature gauge flies up wen stood still. The fan switch is no more than a couple months old as is the thermostat, but my fan isnt kicking in we its supposed to
I have checked all the fuses, the plug on the fan its self and made sure all the connections are good, but still no joy.
Could it be something to do with an airlock in the system ect, any help would be great as i dont really want to be held up at any point and my engine starts to fry!
cheers

I had this same problem in my old 1.4, one of the wires going towards the fan switch had split and there wasn't a connection there, I only knew this after taking it to an auto electrician
