i have a 1.2 16v sxi corsa b and i have a 1.6 gsi 8v from a nova would it be hard to put in and can someone please help me with the wireing please

Easy, only a few wires to connect.
Why not get a c16xe? one for sale on here.

its got piper cams, venier adjustable pullys , lightened flywheel . boost valve , only got 70,000 and its only 100 of a mate so a lot easier could any do me a diagram of some sort please

the main harness is the same, the dial plug loom you will have to make, matcha nd extend wire for wire the 9 pin plug from the nova ecu to the plug in your footwell

is the wireing not different on a 1.2 16v?? same as the 1.0 12v?

only 4 wires coming from the nova ecu. red one goes to 12v supply. black goes to ign on. red/blue is fuel pump and then the earth from anywhere on the engine

and the green one for the rev counter

yes as the ecu is on the engine not in the footwell!

makes it easier really as the nova ecu is in the bay as well.

im sure on the nova theres a brown/yellow for em light too
on the nova engine loom there is a 6 pin plug with the 6 wires mentioned above..you may/maynot have to extend them to where your 1.2 ecu was,
should be a pretty straight foreward swap to be honest
when you take the corsa engine out take the little wiring loom off your starter loom/alternator that goes to your battery etc and put it on the 1.6 before you put it in (like you would on a redtop etc)
and you need a water bottle with just the one outlet at the top (not sure if yours has or hasnt got one)

sounds pretty straight forward to be honest, would i be able 2 use the gear box off the 1.2 16v?
