UPDATE
Right guys, a meet has been organised for tomorrow (Tuesday 14th) at 7.00 pm, in a Harvester restaurant in Llandarcy, Swansea.
The postcode for those of you with sat nav is SA10 6GZ.

Directions
Westbound:
1) Get on the M4 heading towards Swansea
2) Leave the motorway at junction 43
3) Take first exit on the roundabout
4) A slip road appears almost immediately to the left - take this
5) Turn left into the car park
Eastbound:
1) Get on the M4 heading towards Swansea
2) Leave the motorway at junction 43
3) Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout
4) Follow point 4 and 5 from above
When you get there, you should find my car and Rob E's parked up - come and park near us, and we'll go in to order food at approximately 7.15. Mine is dark blue on grey cesaro's, and Rob's is silver with full airdam kit.

Right guys, I'm trying to sort out a meet for some point this week - Tom J is busy all week unfortunately, and I won't find out until I get my lecture timetable and coursework list until Monday.
Let's please keep this simple, and everyone copy and paste this part, quite simply adding 'Free' or 'Busy'.

Was good for me to meet two new faces for me, and I'm sure the rest of the guys enjoyed it too!
Harvester was good, and as I said to those there tonight, I'm going to try to organise a karting social for us, hopefully in conjunction with the West Mids area so any interest in this let me know - I'll get more details, probably next Wednesday.
If any of you have any feedback about what could have been done better or differently tonight, either post it here or u2u me if you wish to keep it private - just remember, its not my fault it was raining

Was a good night and nice to meet a new bunch of CS people  thanks Tom for arranging it all and showing me the way! I have processed the pictures quickly. Not come out briliantly as the rain really made it difficult to set up properly! I will post them in a new thread

I'm planning on going to Herefordshire raceway if we can get it - I know the track owner so can get us a good deal, plus I know the karts are extremely well maintained so that seems like a good idea to me.
I'm hopefully going up there next Wednesday, so I can speak to the owner then and sort out an approximate price, dependent on numbers, as well as the dates he has available.
I know Herefordshire is further away than Newport for most of us, but it is a fantastic track, and with it working in conjunction with the West Mids, we will hopefully have a lot more people in attendance!
