Its called Agile but its a compliation of AIM, MSN and a few others, you just turn on which one you want to use.

Edited, its Agile not AIM, does AIM aswell, link is:

You can get 'fring' from the app store.

Lets you chat like on MSN and can use skype as well.

Needs to be actually MSN though, not like, exactly.

Web messenger won't work as Safari won't support it.
