Looking to change my setup in my room...


I have an LG Scarlett 42" tv, a panasonic surround system xbox inc HD dvd
and a wii

All need a home, what do people have in their rooms? Ive got quite a big room, but want some inspiration..

Post ideas/pics/websites/thoughts

Forgive the mess of the wires, tv up on the wall, home made plynth for amp and sky box.

Yip, hole behind the tv and another down at the bottom where they all come out.

The wires will be tidied properly if I ever get around to getting a carpet.

I'd have prefered to have had everything on a shelf just above the floor but that amp is far too big.

Tv is 50'' so it can hold a fair bit of weight.

Heres my setup currently.
I have a high bed and it sits at the end of it, so cabinet needs to be high or stackable at least.

I got it from ikea, just purchased the bottom part twice and staced them, it is ok, but TV is a tad big, debating taking the top off so its just the bottom unit, wall mounting would be good, but i might just get a cabinet instead.

my messy ikea jobby with 24" tft
has hole on back of shelves for wires, underneathe meant to be for sdvd/hifi separates etc

Thnaks for the ideas guys, drilling holes in walls sounds awfully complicated and permanent!

Going to remove the top half with the stereo etc just have the LCD standing. Might seek wall mounting not sure
