I was thinking there must be something I can do.
Saxo vts has been in a Garage for repairs for 4 months now..
Im calling the place all the time asking wtf is going on, tax and mot is running out in there etc and this is just taking the pi**.

It was pretty simple.
It brokedown.

Took it to the garage, 1st day they said its the wire loom, it has melted, new wire loom replaced.
Now its thrust washer.
Ecu
Injectors
over fueling, blah blah blah.

and today "oh its got a flat battery" I guess it would do after 4 months doing nothing..

I used the car once, it broke down, the previous owner who is a friend is paying for the replairs, when he said all the time the car is in the Garage I thotught he was lying so I got there number and called them and to my shock his was telling me the truth...

Is there anything I can about this or am I just going to have to sit and wait..

Just say that you took it there to be fixed thats it, if thay cant fix it they cant fix it, simple as, say you want the car back and your not paying for the time they have spent on the car as they obviously hanvt acheived anything with it so y shud you pay, then take it to some where that can like citreon, the money that they/you will spend trying to find the problem will proberbly be the same cost at citreon to get it fixed and you will praps have your car back in a week

I agree with Torsa G but i doubt the garage will let you take the car without paying work work already done.

Think if they havent fixed it within a reasonable time you can get it back.

simple, its your car so go and get it back, they are oviously a shit garage.
