Depends on:
1. Alloy offset
2. Tyres
3. Arch work
4. Other stuff

People have gone as low as -100mm if not lower. You definitely need a proper kit for that though.

-40mm is the lowest advised on standard shocks.

thanks guys. well i not just going springs, atleast springs and shocks or coilovers. The plan is to have a pan scraper.. lol kind of euro look with small wide wheels. there will be no problem with the wheels that i have in mind arching or anything i just want to know whats the best stuff to use! what other people have used etc..
80mm coilies on the bay... but i dont know if that means upto 80 on the front and fixed at the back at what height as i cant get in touch with the company today (sunday)

the spax (at the rear) are only adjustable in terms of dampning, so yo can choose how hard the ride is, and not the height. but you could just change the springs for something lower or higher if required

and the bk racing shocks at the front a fixed. They are shorter then the normal struts to compensate for the 60mm g-max springs i have got

£1 for the front 60mm springs (ebay bargin lol)

and £26 for the struts, again off ebay
