hi all
i recently bought some calibra equal length driveshafts for my C20XE corsa which is currently running gsi 22 spline shafts with cav 1.6 inner CV's.
what i want to know is how much do my hubs need machined out by to accept the bigger shafts?

I'm confused, Are you wanting to keep your Corsa knuckles? In which case you'll need to fit 2ltr hubs that have been machined down to fit into a standard Corsa bearing.

ah right, i see.
yes thats what i need, but was thinking of just machining it myself as we have a lathe at work i could use.

Have you got some 2ltr hubs then?
If so get the I/D of the Corsa bearing and machine the hub to fit. There is also a bit of metal that needs removing to stop it fouling on the Corsa Knuckle.
Keep in mind that the hubs are not flat though, They have a slight taper to them that you'll need to reproduce.
