I have corsa 1.4 16v sport. And was wondering will a 1.5 turbo diesal exhaust manifold will fit on my car ?

They are completely different engines.

Its not just like the 1.4 has been bored out a little and they decided to use a different fuel in it. Engines don't quite work like that!!

I don't wish to sound rude, but do you really know enough to carry out a turbo conversion if you don't know how different petrol and diesel engines are?

i just wanted to see if the manifold would fit as i am going to turn it into a turbo 1.4 coz diables are asking 3950 fro everything and i am sure it can be done cheaper

all you can do is try, if it is a cast iron manifold then you can get them welded up you could if you wanted to port the manifold

The port sizes/positions and stud pattern is completely different on the Diesel engines so it wont work.. The best thing you can do is to buy an after market mild/stainless steel (not cast) turbo manifold from another car that has the same port spacing cut off the input flange and weld on one that has been cut and drilled using a 1.4 gasket as a template.
