What do you folks do with that silly bit that pokes out the exhaust manifold that usually connects to the SAI system?

I've removed the pump and all that other gobshite, but does that part i've mentioned leave a gaping hole in the manifold or anything?

Cut a bit of metal to shape and put a bolt through it.

Doesn't blow much anyway.
