Does anyone know of that website where you can check if someone is insured? Mate was in a bump last night. Someone went into back of him then did a runner, got his registration, wants to know if He's insured. Cheers

Theres a form that you can get from the DVLA, V777 I think or something like that ,requesting for further information from a registration number (keepers name/address etc).

Let me have a look...
