Dont give shit if it looks tacky! As it will look tacky when people 'borrow' my pictures

To be fair, you could quite easily crop the watermark out on all of them pictures.

nice subject, but as you have already said, the lighting is Wired, Some pictures have blown out from the flash.

I wouldnt call it a watermark, its far too obvious! Id make your tag thing smaller.

Your "Watermark" Ruins the pics. If you want to do it properly, fade your name in a (c) copyright logo, emboss it and reduce the opacity drastically. and place in center of pic...
If you're that worried about getting your pics nicked, do that, you could crop your huge logo out easily.
As for the pics, best is second to last.
