So, it costs the same as a pro used to... Check out the video on how it's made and you'll see why

http://www.apple.com/uk/macbook/

It's pretty interesting if you're into that kind of thing...

I like these.

The screens are supposed to be far far too reflective to do any work on though and the smaller one is nowhere near as good as the screen on the big one.

Screen did look reflective when I was looking at them in PC World the other day.

The 24" iMac looks immense though

I have a friend who has always used Mac's and now works for Mac part time - he seems to think they're quite good value.

But being a Windows user, I can't help but think they're expensive compared to a Windows laptop alternative.

I must say, I'm not that keen on these shiny screens they're putting on laptops these days. The one on my Dell is annoying because if you're working on it in fairly bright light you need to turn the screen brightness up quite high, which isn't ideal if you're running off of the battery.

It's because it looks good when you're watching a film or something, which is all mac users do because they use a pc for real work obviously

I know quite a few people who have had Macs go wrong, but then I also know quite a few people who have had PC's go wrong. The Mac is a premium product and is very good, but so is an Audi or BMW and they fuck up all the time.

IMO PC's mainly go wrong because people do not know how to use/look after them!
