hello again, i had a look for the rear bias brake controller to adjust it because iv had my car lowered and you lot says to adjust it.because my rear brakes lock up

problem is i cant find it,i know what they look like but they dont seem to be one?

I remember someone saying that some dont have one?

does anyone have any suggestions what it could be or if im not looking hard enough.

its a 1995 1.2 8v ls model

its a small item with brake pipes coming out of it thats attached to the rear axle on the drivers side behind the rear wheel

thats what im trying to find out if it has one?

because my rear brakes lock up and someone said about the brake bias controller need adjusting,because iv lowered my car?
