Legalise it and let prostitutes pay tax.
Horny men that can't get their hole normally are satisfied, prostitutes get paid and have legislation to protect them and the economy is in better shape for it.

i got pulled the other day driving to my mates, he lives pretty much 30 seconds away from where the prostitutes are in birkenhead
