your still going to need some sort of management for ignition as there is no dizzy drive.

Count on about 500.00 for all the bits, then maybe 200-300 for fitting setting up costs

its about £400 for the ignition only management from likes of sbd

for a bike carb set-up you are lookin about £500-600.
then you will need the management as said above, which willl be about £200-400, dependant on the quality of kit. then you need a Rolling session to get it set-up and balanced.
Just over a grand and you are sorted. 
oh and you may need to chop ya bulkhead as room may be limited.
