are they just standard ones messed with by regal. ordered a 4.5 bar one off ebay but it has 3.0 bar written on it just want to make sure before i send an angry email

Yeah I think theyre just standard ones which have been squashed a bit to put more tension in the spring and up the pressure. hold back the angry email until you have had the pressure checked

There is a fitting on the fuel rail for checking the pressure, looks a bit like a tyre valve but bigger and thats where the pressure is checked. or you could temporarily tee in a pressure gauge in the supply to the fuel rail.
