When i go to turn my pc on all i get is rgb no output, then it will shut itself down, im not clued up on computers, so any help would greatly appreciated.

I thought RGB no output would be graphics related. . .

Sounds like the monitors self tet mode that comes up when there's no input, not anything to do with graphics.
Could be literally anything at all though, would need to open it up and start taking bits out from the little detail provided.

Are there any extra beeps to normal from your system speaker (assuming it's connected)?
Do all the lights on the front of the PC (including optical drives) flash or stay on before it turns off again?

hit the reset, do you get a black bios screen?
Can happen if you've had multiple monitors and one is disabled etc etc

RGB No Output?
Could this mean its receiving no output from the graphics card? (I know this 'should' be INPUT but if its a cheapo monitor with bad translation.....)
Or is it because its actual RGB output it knackered? Take the monitor to a mates house with a working PC and give it a go
