Any game recommendations?
Not had a game console for years, and only have asked for pro evo!
Is GTA4 any good?
Other than that I like car racing games, and games similar to like Goldeneye 007 for the N64 !!
Also, this country has expensive net connections (I pay 30 quid for 512kbps!), so will that be a good enough speed for xbox live, or will I need to get a faster connection?

Forza Motorsport is a definate winner if you like racing games, Call of Duty 4 (dunno how good new on is) for your shooting game fix.

Gta4 online is quite good, plus there is a huge download coming for it which will be good.

Everybody keeps suggesting COD 4 so i would say get that but personally i prefer Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 & 2. Online tends to be much more tactical. COD 4on live is just madness and you die every 2 steps

Agreed. Also, Forza 2 is now just under £10 so make sure you get that - but don't forget Project Gotham 4 if you're just into racing for fun. Forza is brilliant, but if you're not very good with the whole SIM aspect, you probably wont appriciate it right away.
