I bought one and a memory card for my old dear last night, it has a remote and stuff which I thought was funky 
Anyway can you get shit ones are or they all much of a muchness?

I bought my mum a cheapy one last year, resolution isnt that good, pics all need to be edited too into the right size and orientation, and the controls are a bit poo too

i'm planning on getting my mum one too.
seen one in Tesco for £30, and also similar in WH Smiths. A few online places have some for £25, but you'll have to pay postage.
all 7" btw.
My mum'll never figure out how it works, so quality isn't too big an issue 
I've only just helped her out with an mp3 player that my sister got for her last year
